What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exam Technician/Receptionist position at The Eye Health Group?
Currently, we are seeking a full-time medical receptionist/exam technician. It is a must that the candidate has at least 1 year experience as a medical receptionist, and having an optical background is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide superb customer service to every patient, whether in person, over the phone, or via email
- Operate optical diagnostic equipment, including lensometers and retinal cameras
- Ability to multitask while maintaining close attention to detail
- Clean and sterilize equipment as necessary

-Check patients in and out

Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Prior experience in an optometry environment (preferred)
- Working knowledge of optical diagnostic equipment (preferred)
- Friendly demeanor and professional appearance

Schedule
-Closed Sundays and Mondays, which will be your days off
-Wednesdays and Fridays: 10am-6pm
-Tuesdays and Thursdays-12pm-8pm
-Saturdays-9am-4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
