- Reporting to the owner, the primary role of the Benefits Broker is to drive accelerated sales growth within their community. In addition, the successful candidate will be charged with developing, cultivating, and maintaining business relationships with top growers, working effectively with business partners, and managing relationships within the channel.
- The Benefits Broker will also actively prospect for new business to expand their customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong market and customer focus with the ability to translate information into clear business strategies to generate growth.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You...
- A strong background in the ag industry
- experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with a passion for making a positive difference in the agriculture industry; ability to develop and cultivate meaningful relationships with customers and internal partners, including success with large operation growers
- Technical proficiency, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, etc
- Devotion to achieve goals through self-management of time and resources
