What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at The Fed?
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to provide an excellent experience for our guests. Good bartender and servers will be able to create classic yet innovative experience that exceeds our customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Provide the guest with all items needed to enjoy their experience, prior to them requesting items
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and non alcoholic beverages
- prebus and reset tables between guests and between courses
- Plan and preset reservations and events when needed
- Proper TiPs steps to ensure guests are of age, with proper identifications
- Restock and replenish bar inventory, restaurant items, and general service supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience within restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of mixingology, diverse foods, and fine dining service standards preferred
- Ability to upsell and appropriately set the guests expections a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills a must
- Ability to keep the organized, stocked, clean, and up to date on menu changes needed
- Relevant training certificates (a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $3.65 - $5.00 per hour
