Duties:
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders and prepare food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Upsell additional food items or promotional offers to customers
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations during food preparation, handling, and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and service procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and use tools safely
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
