Salesperson

We are looking to hire a new sales rep for our quickly growing company! We opened in February 2020 and even with COVID happening, we greatly surpassed our first year goals and have greatly surpassed the first years goals on our second. We are in the process of moving next door to the Toys R Us building which is more than double in size within the year after renovations are completed.

We are looking for someone that has experience dealing with customers. Flooring and sales experience is not required. Your shifts will vary each week (Monday - Friday shifts are 9-5, 10-6 , and 12-7. Saturday is 9-5. Sunday is 12-5) You must be able to work all shifts. Weekends are a must! Computer skills are a plus but not required. You must be able to work well with others and in a team environment. It is commission based pay mostly with a base salary. You will receive a paycheck 2x a month (the 15th and 30th) and once a month your commission pay (the 15th). We also have monthly bonuses and multiple contests and spiffs that go on throughout the year as well. After a 90 day probation period you will receive discounted insurance. After one year we offer paid time off. There is a discount for employees on the products in the store as well. For someone that is new to commission and flooring, we do offer a training package where the pay differs to help you while you learn. If you do well and pick it up quickly we can take you off of training so that you are able to earn commissions and bonuses, or we can wait the 90 days before doing that. It is up to you and your level of comfortability.

We are like a family here, we all look out for each other and truly enjoy coming in to work. Everyone works very well together and it is never boring here. We are constantly coming up with ways to keep the excitement in the air. We are growing fast and are already working on our bigger building to expand hopefully by the end of next year.
