The Ford Agency is recruiting for an outgoing and driven Leasing Associate role with a Property Management team based in Gambrills, MD. This individual will coordinate with prospective and current residents, assist with move-ins and move-outs and lease renewals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with sales or leasing experience looking to join a fantastic community and motivated team!
This individual will be onsite 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and must be flexible to work occasional weekends. Salary up to $40k DOE plus commission and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide superb customer service to prospective and current residents
- Lease apartments, prepare leasing documents, and complete move in processes
- Follow up with prospective residents
- Prepare reports for leadership
- Ensure that apartments are move-in ready
- Supports management with clerical tasks and other projects
Qualifications Include:
- 1 years of sales or leasing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Technical Skills:
- MS Office
- Yardi Voyager
Salary : $40,000
