Title: Software Analyst

Location: Long Island City, NY
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the design, configuration, administration and maintenance of external 3rd party cloud (SaaS) Client Management System (CMS), Case Worthy, to support The Fortune Society’s Enterprise Data Exchange Infrastructure. The individual will work closely with the Application Support Manager and other members of the Development team, to complete tasks assigned by various team members and to provide assisted documentation support for the transition of legacy client management systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Configure and design out new screens to assist development team in reaching stringent timelines.
Research new CMS for configurations of Workflows, Roles/Security, and Dashboards.
Provide proper QA on existing and ongoing screens for data entry and workflow requirements and business/validation rules.
Assist with documentation on all portions of new system, including data mappings and functions within the new CMS, and provide a bridge documentation to legacy system.
Development and support creating views/reports within Data Warehouse, including writing SQL views, stored procedures and functions to merge data from CMS and other systems.
Support troubleshooting various Helpdesk tickets with reference to new CMS system.
Work with technical writer and business analysts to support data-mapping and data dictionary activities as well as user manuals to support roll out of system.
Coordinate with IT business analysts, internal departments and the user community identifying needs and resolving system issues
Collaborate technical training to other IT team members and support staff.
