YOU ARE

• Detail oriented
• 2 years of experience in commercial bakery required
• Able to multi-task while maintaining a high standard of quality, organization and efficiency
• Willing to accept and incorporate feedback
• Willing to learn and strive for improvement

YOU WILL

• Work with other team members to produce delicious bread, pastries and house ingredients
• Maintain clean and organized work stations
• Lift heavy items of 50 lbs or more
• Work on back-of-house duties such as cleaning equipment, mopping, taking out trash
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to team guidelines
• Review team updates and attend staff training and other events as necessary
