Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender in the hospitality industry - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS - Strong sales skills and ability to upsell menu items - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
