Job Summary:
This position will primarily be responsible for all aspects of in-house processing of weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees in four companies and multiple unions.

- Process payroll
- Certified payroll reporting
- Monthly union benefit reporting
- Monthly EEO reporting
- Weekly child support processing
- Unemployment reporting
Required Skills/Abilities:
- General computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of automated timekeeping systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated to meet regular weekly deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally with others internally and externally
- Excellent sense of urgency and time management
Education and Experience:
- Associates’ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years payroll experience
- Experience with union contracts and multiple pay levels/pay rules preferred
Working Environment and Physical Demands:
- Normal office environment
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
