Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- A college degree in Marketing or related hospitality or business field
- Have at least 4 years experience in Marketing
- Have at least 2 years in a Leadership Marketing Role
- Working knowledge and experience with social media marketing, including paid advertising

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
You will assist a small team of amazing people that are:
- Responsible for all marketing, promotion and branding for the Ginger Companies, Ginger Sonnier herself, and all subsidiaries of her brand.
- Daily Social Media oversight and management for several locations in different states (including Washington, DC; Philadelphia; Brooklyn; South Florida and all future locations)
- Using analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and advertising
- Designing and upkeeping all company marketing materials for print and web
- Designing & distributing of email marketing campaigns
- Maintaining promotions and listings through the local Tourism boards, Chambers of Commerce, tourist maps, and other related online and print media
- Developing and maintaining clean mailing lists
- Designing and maintaining specific seasonal promotions with Tourism boards and integrate them with our booking system
- Working closely with the owner to ensure all promotions and materials further the vision of the company
- Monitoring reviews on yelp, google, and Tripadvisor and all review platforms.
- Designing advertising that is creative and original
- Producing high quality and visually appealing digital content including emails and social media graphics
- Maintaining promotions on our website, google, Bing, and all social media
- Maintaining all print materials and promotions for in venues.
