The IT Administrator must have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. IT Administrator must possess superior technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with people in a wide variety of situations. IT Administrator must also be forward thinking with a high degree of customer focus.
Additionally IT Administrator must possess strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. IT Administrator must also have a proven ability to handle multiple priorities and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible. Regular activities include managing Managed Services Provider communications and projects, Windows based server administration, Office 365 email administration, network administration, telephony administration, and general IT troubleshooting. Working with computer hardware, peripherals and software, troubleshooting computer-related issues, and technological problem-solving are at the center of the IT Administrator’s work day.
