- Greet each family at drop off and pick up times. Seek and share relevant information

- Be supportive of all customers and their family situations
- Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and center activities
- Attend three (3) community event and all The Goddard School events each year
- Utilize one community resource per month (library, field trip, community resource, etc.)
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage The Goddard School teachers and other team members
- Manage daily operations at The Goddard School
- Conduct family tours at The Goddard School
- Manage enrollment of The Goddard School
- Follow licensing regulations for The Goddard School
- Conduct annual teacher evaluations for employees with the Executive Director
- Maintain staff files to adhere to licensing regulation
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding
- Attend weekly management meetings with owners
HEALTH, SAFETY AND NUTRITION
- Compose and maintain allergy and special dietary lists, and distribute to classrooms teachers and cook
- Review medical and incident log books
- Ensure Goddard and DCFS health and safety standards are always met.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
