Job description
The Goddard School in Buford is looking for a motivated self-starter for an operational Director’s position at our school. A bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, and management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool is required. A candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of age-appropriate activities for young children.
This Director opportunity is in a renowned Early Childhood Education program with a Piaget (Learning through Play) based foundation and has an active learning approach. We offer a professional approach to providing the highest standard of health, safety, and develop a life-long love of learning. Our faculty is made of caring and dedicated teachers who understand each child’s needs. Education / Preschool Director responsibilities include:
Overseeing preschool operations including Curriculum, quality assurance, facility operations and human resources

Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
