We provide specialized landscape services to Denver-Metro residents. We are not your typical landscape company as we do not mow lawns or provide cookie-cutter designs. Every client and property receives personalized service from a staff that is highly trained and passionate about using the best industry standards and sustainable landscape management practices.
Summary:
The Landscape Install Technician is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks (generally physical labor) in order to assist with the completion of landscape construction projects. The Landscape Install Technician will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks.

Job Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of job sites prior to the beginning of a project
- Operate various tools and equipment, including but not limited to chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, dingos
- Assist in the construction of walkways, fences, posts, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis
- Dig ditches or trenches
- Perform land clearing activities
- Plant and maintain garden beds and lawns
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects
- Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying
- Assist foreman with job-related tasks
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum one-year experience in the landscape/construction industry preferred but will train the right person
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Time management skills
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time, and carry out strenuous physical tasks
- Preference will be given to candidates with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
A typical workweek is:
- 4 day work week (Monday-Thursday)
- 40 - 45 hours
- If weekend work is available it is on a voluntary basis

Compensation up to $26.00 an hour depending on experience
