- Provideregular feedbacktoteam members regardingwork-relatedperformance,behavior,andappearance
- Identify,recognize,and / orcorrectperformancebehaviorsasappropriate
- Provide,schedule,and / oroverseetrainingforsubordinatepersonnel
- Ensure shiftresponsibilitiesarecarriedoutregardingassignments,specialevents,scheduledmaintenance andcompliancerequirements,recordkeeping,assetprotection,inventorycontrol,etc.
- Directandassumeinitialcommand forresponsestoemergenciesintheCasino
- DirectandmonitorresponsestoSecuritycalls,incidents,andevents
- Directandmonitorresponses toemergencymedicalcalls
- EnsurethatallCasinoSecuritypersonnelarebriefedand trainedonappropriatestandardoperationprocedures,'INLaw,Rules,andInternalControls.
- Ensureappropriate notificationsaremadeduringunusualoccurrences.
- Reviewandactonassignmentneedsthatwouldinvolvetheschedulingofextrawork.
- ProvidesecurityservicefortheCasino.
- Conductcurrency,chip,dropbox&dropteamescortsfortheCasinooperation
- Issueaccesscardsandtemporaryvendor IDcardsasneeded.
- RespondtoemergenciesasaCasinoSecurityCaptain.
- RespondtoSecuritycalls,incidents,andevents.
- Coordinate withthe Casino Manager on duty regarding unruly, disruptive, or guestsexhibitingsuspiciousactivities.
- ProvideFirst-AidResponse
- StandattheCasinoaccesspoint,determineaccessandprovideinformation abouttheResortandCasino.
- Communicatein clearunderstandableEnglish languagevia two-wayradio,telephone,computer,andhard-copywritteninformation
- Overseeandcoordinateuniformandequipmentneedsforsubordinatepersonnel
- Recordanddisseminate appropriate informationregardingaccess
- View,recognize,andactonappropriatesecurityissuesfromactiveobservationbyutilizingtheCCTVcameradisplays
- ProcessandrecordCCTVimagesofinterestandpertinenttoinvestigations
- Review, check,andprocessenteringandexitingpersonnelforrulecompliance
- Monitor, interact &respondinatimelymannertothefirealarm,lifesafety&securitysystems
- Ensureguestandteammembersafety andsecurity
- Direct,monitor,andconductinvestigationsandwriteclear,concisereports
- Reviewsubmittedreportsforcompleteness,accuracy,andfollow-up.
- Enforcecompanypoliciesandproceduresalongwithensuringfacilitysecurity

NormalWorkingHours :
Shifts TBDandconsistentwithminimumof40hours perweek,mayincreaseduetohouse / guestcountsand subjecttovaryinghoursanddaysoff.

PastWorkExperienceRequirements :

- LawenforcemenUmilitaryand / orFirefighter / emergencymedicalserviceexperiencepreferred
