You Are: Very organized and can multi-task, juggling multiple assignments A detail-oriented problem solver that understands the value of metrics You Will: Manage the admissions process for program enrollments, program surveys and feedback loops Develop and manage the marketing, metrics and testimonials for all programs Attend and help coordinate D&I Events including identifying and onboarding partners Manage recruiting events for early career Manage program calendar of events and admissions Maintain Program Distributions and manage program Scheduling (meetings, interviews, 1:1’s, touch points and program activities) Manage the Technology Intern program, conversion and recruiting partnering with Talent Acquisition You Have: BA/BS required, Experience in technology is highly desired Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must Advanced Excel skills is a plus 5 plus years of project management or learning program experience and collaboration across and within teams Experience leveraging data to influence decision making outcomes is desired Proven ability to foster change, influence leadership and build relationships with all colleague levels. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple, complex, competing priorities in a fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to communicate to various audience levels. Location & Travel: In office 3 day/per week in locations New York, NY, Bethlehem, PA; or Holmdel, NJ Approximately 20% travel required. Salary Range $91,260.00 - $149,925.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
