-Proficient in Word, Excel and numerous Windows programs
-Able to assist with and coordinate all aspects of a Top Producing Team’s busy schedule
-Willing to build, learn, perform and add to all systems that are crucial to our successful business

-Loves organizing and tracking data
-Willing to coordinate monthly events from start to finish
-Proficiency in project management, problem solving, multi-tasking
-Could manage an Facebook and Instagram account with eyes closed
-Is considered the most reliable and responsive person in friend group
-Is flexible, experienced in professional communications, and not easily rattled or offended (Clients can be tough!)
-Is coachable/loves to learn/not afraid to put in the hard work to grow personally as well as professionally
-Super self-motivated and positive and with the ability to deliver a 5 Star Client experience
-No experience in real estate needed, but customer service experience in office setting required
