Position Summary:Performs a wide variety of treasury activities ranging from cash positioning, electronic funds transfer creation or execution, bank reconciliation and cash administration to banking administration, controls testing, abandoned and unclaimed property, and treasury policy implementation. Takes the lead in a variety of treasury functions and initiatives. Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:Performs daily corporate cash management activities including but not limited to: determining daily cash balances available for investment, executing electronic funds transfers, utilizing treasury workstation and online banking computer applications.Provides day-to-day support and resolution of escalated issues by interacting with internal treasury service users and external service providers, while ensuring all cash management activities are performed and in line with defined Sarbanes Oxley compliance, controls and requirements.Provides treasury system technical support including but not limited to: managing implementations and upgrades, performing system administrative functions, troubleshooting daily technical issues.Performs analysis and creates management reports related to cash management operations. Performs compliance functions related to collateral and abandoned and unclaimed property.Works closely with management and takes lead role on various treasury initiatives which may include: Treasury service requests for proposals and / or implementations, streamlining treasury processes and controls, integrating treasury functions related to acquisitions, and the establishment and maintenance of bank relationships.Takes ownership of projects by independently performing associated planning, analysis, and execution activities necessary to achieve related objectives or providing leadership in a collaborative effort.Prepares annual banking fee budgets for various business areas and analyzes associated invoices. Resolves billing issues directly with banks.Performs ad hoc treasury tasks as assigned.Key Success Factors / Competencies:Analytical Thinking - Applies analytical techniques, (e.g., separating a complex whole into its parts or elements to resolve problems or issues)Communication for Results - Expresses concepts (e.g., business, technical and other), ideas, feelings, opinions, and conclusions, so that others understand or are persuaded to act. Carries tasks, assignments, etc., through to completionRequired Skills, Key Competencies, and Experience:Bachelor’s degree required, Treasury or a related function experience a plus5-7 years of related experience Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office (ex: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredCertified Treasury Professional designation a plus.Exhibits the core values (integrity, commitment to winning, accountability for results, teamwork and collaboration) critical to the success of the organization.Physical Demands and Work Environment:Ability to work in fast paced and stressful environment.Ability to use a personal computer and other standard office equipment.Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods (75%-90%, as appropriate).Required to work on-site.Ability to work cooperatively.
