The Account Manager will represent the HBA to customers and other external stakeholders, ensuring that administrative processes are clearly explained and efficiently executed. The Account Manager is expected to leverage their close connection with our customers to contribute process improvement recommendations and advocate on their behalf whenever appropriate. To support the HBA's growth and depth of our customer relationships the Account Manager may assist in making sales, providing enrollment support, resolving client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and other administrative support to ensure an optimal customer experience.
