Job Description:

While the Health Benefit Alliance (HBA) transforms the way healthcare benefits are packaged and delivered in our country, our customers rely on us for education, direction and support to ensure that their employees are maximizing the value of the benefits available to them. The Account Manager will represent the HBA to customers and other external stakeholders, ensuring that administrative processes are clearly explained and efficiently executed. The Account Manager is expected to leverage their close connection with our customers to contribute process improvement recommendations and advocate on their behalf whenever appropriate. To support the HBA's growth and depth of our customer relationships the Account Manager may assist in making sales, providing enrollment support, resolving client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and other administrative support to ensure an optimal customer experience.
