Position Summary:
The Lead Bistro Associate is responsible for training new employees on policy, procedures and micro systems. They will provide leadership to the crew guaranteeing great quality, customer service and cleanliness in accordance with the public health code, and maintaining facility procedures, safety codes, proper use of POS system, and menu items.
They will monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned server stations and service areas. The Lead Bistro Associate will resolve guest issues encountered by the service staff. They will perform all other waitstaff duties as well.
The Lead Bistro Associate is responsible for assisting residents by taking/fulfilling orders, assisting in restocking supplies, and maintaining the Bistro’s cleanliness, while providing excellent customer service.
This is not a Work from Home position. It requires attendance Monday–Friday.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Counter Service – taking/fulfilling orders
- Product transaction using Full Count or bill-to practices
- Operating kitchen equipment while adhering to safety regulations
- Posting display signs
- Attaching labels with proper dates while being mindful of expiration date
- Sanitizing tables
- Sweeping
- Mopping as needed
- Sanitizing countertops
- Taking out garbage, bag replacement
- Preparing/tearing down daily soup options
- Turning on/off menu and display screens and music
- Ensuring grab-and-go items remained stocked
- Restocking all supplies
- Washing dishes/serving equipment
- Turning on/off equipment
- Wrapping leftover food items and returning to main kitchen
- Disposing of all leftover food items at end of each week
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
