What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Specialist position at The Heritage of Green Hills?
Our fun-filled senior living facility is seeking a well-rounded General Maintenance Worker to join our great team, Position is full time, and includes an every other weekend obligation however we will consider splitting the position into two part time positions.
Position will focus on preparing units for their new owners with responsibilities to include painting, wall finishing, flooring installation and minor appliance repairs. Other responsibilities include general maintenance of common areas, indoor pool, systems and performance of preventative maintenance.
Previous experience is required however consideration will be given to a new/soon to be graduate of a formal training program. Certifications in specialty areas such as painting/wall repair, electrical, HVAC etc. is extremely desirable.
