Job Details
We are looking for a full time Dishwasher for evening shifts. Dishwashers play an important role by maintaining the cleanliness and organization.
Dishwashers are responsible for unloading the dishes and cutlery brought to them by restaurant staff and loading them into dish trays. Dishwashing employees scrape, sort and stack dirty dishes, load them into the dishwashing machine, add soap to turn it on. Once the cleaning operation is complete, they unload the dishes and put them in their places to be reused again The dishwashing machines can't always accommodate larger pots and pans, so large items are washed by hand.
Typical duties may include:
· Transferring equipment from storage areas to work stations.
· Cleaning the floor and walls.
· Offering help to cooking staff.
· Maintaining stock supply of food.
· Operating dishwasher machines.
· Cleaning of glass, china, silver, and related
REQUIREMENTS:
· Current Riverside County Food Handler Card.
· Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for long periods of time, up to 8 hours. As well as sit, squat, reach, bend, stoop, and twist.
· Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
· Maintain a professional appearance and following uniform policies.
· Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
