Job location: Horsham, PA
Compensation: $78,000 - $98,000

Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s degree of science or in a field related to the environment. Experience may be substituted for education for exceptional candidates.
Required Experience:
- Demonstrate 4 to 7 years of progressive professional experience with Esri’s ArcGIS Desktop Suite (ArcMap and/or ArcGIS Pro) and Spatial Analyst or 3D Analyst. (Provide portfolio of the work)
- Experience working in environmental, engineering, or natural resources consulting or equivalent industries.
- Understanding of geodatabase design and feature class data management.
- Demonstrate critical spatial thinking, solving problems, and attention to detail in work products.
Preferred Experience(Not Required):
- Master’s degree of science in a field related to the environment, with an emphasis on Geospatial Science.
- Experience publishing geospatial data, applications, and geoprocessing tools for ArcGIS Enterprise and/or ArcGIS Online.
- Understanding of Arcade and Python for ArcGIS.
- Understanding of GPS fundamentals and deployment of FieldMaps/Survey123

Responsibilities:
As a Geospatial Analyst, you will support projects across the country as a member of our national Geospatial Science Team (GST). Applying GIS to collaborate with our various Practice Areas, which include Engineering, Environmental Sciences, and Natural Resources, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and grow with us around the application of GIS in a range of interesting and challenging projects. The position entails the following:
- Proactively guide project teams in the implementation of GIS over evolving project goals and timelines. Typical project tasks include data acquisition and collection, data management, version control, spatial analysis, web application development, and reporting/mapping.
- Support GST with research and development.
- Perform quality review of GIS work products and analysis tasks.
- Provide a demonstrated commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Cultivate a friendly, supportive, and fun work environment through open communication and teamwork.
