What are the responsibilities and job description for the INSULATION SALES PERSON position at The Home Insulators?

Salesperson

We are hiring individuals who have experience in spray foam and fiberglass insulation. Should be knowledgeable on local building codes and nuances of the install side of the business. We are only doing new construction and full renovations. We do not service existing homes where home owners are looking to add/ upgrade insulation.

Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand market presence

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage and track sales activities

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts through effective account management techniques

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations

- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients

- Collaborate with the technical sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

- Actively participate in business development activities to drive revenue growth

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
