The HT Group is partnering with a regional insurance company located in Austin to find a Change Management Analyst. In this role, you will maintain records in accordance with the insurance standards and company policies. We are looking for an individual who has a keen eye for detail, excellent organization skills and ability to multitask.
M-F, 40 hour work week
Remote, must live in Texas
Contract: 6 months
Pay Rate: $28-$29/hr
Responsibilities
- Analyzes enterprise projects and evaluate change management needs
- Provides well-structured process improvement recommendations
- Develops, maintains, and publishes training plans
- Communicates guidance and follows through using project management skills
- Maximizes employee adoption and usage, minimizes resistance to these changes
Requirements
- 1 years of internal change management experience
- Familiar with analyzing market research
- Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills are required
- Applies systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyzes new issues
- Experience with internal content creation
- Experience working through a system implementation
- SharePoint experience
- Must have knowledge of PM practices
Salary : $28 - $29
