Lead ETL Developer

Description Detailed Description Support Enterprise Data Warehouse team by providing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development support. Develop, maintain, and enhance code for new projects and current bank deliverables, and ensure all IT SDLC processes are documented and practiced. Support the Enterprise Information team and assist other Enterprise Information Management programmers across different technology stacks. Translate requirements and data mapping documents to technical design. Develop, enhance, and maintain code following best practices and standards. Create and execute unit test plans. Support regression and system testing efforts. Debug and problem solve issues found during testing and/or production. Communicate status, issues, and blockers with the project team. Support continuous improvement by identifying and solving opportunities. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field. 8 years of ETL development experience using Datastage and PySpark, writing SQL queries and troubleshooting, and performing Star Schema design and coding (Dimension and Fact Table design). Experience must include 2 years of experience using AWS Cloud technologies and/or Snowflake, application of Agile processes, and mentoring ETL development teams. Additionally, 5 years of experience working within the Financial data domain and regulatory reporting for banking, and 1 year of experience using Azure Dev Ops platform, is required.
