Welcome people to the Hilton Milwaukee City Center from all over, in a friendly manner, setting the tone for their stay! Take their bags and escort them to their rooms. As a Bellperson you own the front drive of the hotel and need to keep it ready for guest arrival.
What will you be doing?
- Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome.
- Retrieve guest items then carry or load luggage onto a bell cart and transport items to the desired area.
- Read and match luggage tags.
- Organize and store luggage in designated areas.
What do you bring to the role?
- No previous experience is required.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Must be able to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and kneeling.
