Primary Care physician job in Alabama : Mostellar Medical Center -
* Full Time
* Hours:4 Day Work Week, Monday - Friday
* Employed
* Call Schedule: 1 Night per Week Phone Only; 1 Weekend/Month Hospital Call
* Compensation: Negotiable Salary plus Incentive Program Paid Monthly
* Benefits: - NHSC Loan Repayment- Relocation Assistance- Employer paid Long Term Disability, and $30K Life Insurance- Optional policies offered through Aflac- Costco or Sam's Club membership reimbursement- Insurance offered through Blue Cross includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Coverage; Family costs- $70 weekly, Individual costs- $22 weekly- Retirement- 7% invested on top of salary into 401k. Multiple investment options are available- Access to Financial Advisor- Direct Deposit paid weekly- CME time and allowance- Leave/ Time off- Physicians receive one comp day a week. * Additional Info: - Provide a full range of ambulatory medical care including diagnosis and treatment, counseling and referral as necessary.- Collaborate with other health care providers (nurse practitioners and physicians) to provide primary care to patients, families, and communities.- Join our adult only practiceQualifications:- 1 year of experience in the provision of ambulatory health care.- The physician must obtain hospital privileges to local hospitals used by the Health Center before employment.- We strive to provide high-quality, accessible, and affordable family medicine, pediatric care, and women's health that will improve the quality, longevity, and overall health of you and your family.
