We realize the challenges of being a nurse manager in any healthcare field now, and we are looking for the perfect fit to join our crazy team! After 11 years, our amazing DON is taking a new position with the company. The Inn at Bear Trail is currently recruiting for a Director of Nursing for our assisted living/ memory care community. This key management position will be responsible for coordinating day to day operations of our nursing department to ensure residents daily needs are met with exceptional care! The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking care of older adults, working as a member of a team, and have a strong understanding of procedures and expectations of an assisted living community. This is a perfect opportunity for a clinically strong LPN looking for an opportunity to grow with a company, or a seasoned RN that wants to get away from the paperwork of the skilled nursing world and spend time with residents and families. Hours are typically Monday-Friday with on call as needed.
