About RiskStream Collaborative
The Institutes’ RiskStream Collaborative is a large consortium operating in the P&C and L&A insurance industry, with some of the largest carriers, brokers and reinsurers as members. RiskStream works with member companies, and associate member companies (i.e. industry non-profits, civics, solution providers and collaborating entities), to develop solutions for multiparty business process challenges in the insurance industry. As an industry led non-profit, RiskStream seeks to bring the industry together, to design, build, adopt new multiparty solutions or spotlight existing solutions that could be beneficial to specific insurance sectors. Leveraging various technologies, like blockchain, confidential computing and AI, RiskStream has made significant progress in creating solutions for multiparty business problems in auto insurance, surety bonds, commercial property, life & annuities and reinsurance.
Technical Operations Specialist
The technical operations specialist will be responsible for working with the entire RiskStream team and will be involved in project management related to general operations and technical vendor support. This would require working with RiskStream’s technical partners to tracking research, documentation, application build, security and other deliverables. The role will include some project management of security initiatives, tracking these initiatives with vendors to ensure that information assets and technologies are adequately protected. The role will also focus on network operations, working with Community Operations Manager and the Products Team to ensure participating companies comply

What You’ll Do:
- Working with technical partners and RiskStream managers to assist tracking contracts for technical projects.
- Manage expenses related to vendors, consultants, partners and work with the Community Operations Manager on expense tracking for budgetary purposes
- Assist technical partners, research security questions and work with RiskStream leadership to ensure Canopy and related applications are backed by a secure architecture, have adequate security services, first-class business continuity and resilience and comply with data regulatory compliance controls.
- Support the Community Operations Manager and Leadership with a variety of tasks relating to administrative and operational support
- Support with assessing, drafting, and managing the department’s legal contracts and documentation.
- In conjunction with RiskStream’s leadership and management, oversee the execution of RiskStream’s Business Network Operations (BNO) framework and support oversight of the networks operational service and support SLAs.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with data, and/or business or finance related projects in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of technical security practices or a willingness to learn required.
- General understanding of Blockchain and other emerging technologies, such as AI, preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and determine effective business solutions desired.

Role is hybrid with at least two days each week in the office. Candidates should be able to commute to Malvern, PA at least two days per week.
