The IVF Center in Winter Park, Florida continues the rapid expansion of its patient-centered academic practice by recruiting an IVF Coordinator. We are a team-focused organization offering a generous salary commensurate with experience. Our longstanding program has an on-site CAP IVF lab, High Complexity Laboratory Director, Reproductive Urology, Reproductive Immunology/Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Reproductive Health Psychology. As faculty for UCF, we are the teaching center for the Ob/Gyn residency programs along with 3rd & 4th-year medical students. • Assisting with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Coordinate the care for patients ensuring all testing and procedures are completed prior to cycles
• Educate patients about procedures and how to administer injections
• Screen and match potential donors with recipients. Maintain records of egg donation while maintaining donor anonymity and recipient confidentiality.
• Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
• Required to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Maintain strict compliance and adherence to HIPAA and FDA guidelines regarding donation.
• Maintain and comply with SART data reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant or LPN certified
• OB/GYN or L&D experience
