If you’re an experienced Foreman looking for a new opportunity please apply today!Responsibilities Supervises and directs the work of designated team members and subcontractors.Monitors productivity and work quality to meet schedules and standards.Troubleshoots any issues involving workers, contractors, safety, quality, changes, or processes and expedites solutions.Monitors and ensures adherence to all company and customer quality policies and procedures.Oversees expenditures to ensure they are within budgetMeets with customers to communicate progress and/or participates in site meetings as required by the company and/or customers.Operates various equipment and uses a variety of tools on the job as needed.Determines materials and quantities needed and places orders to ensure work demands and deadlines are met.Performs site work such as layouts; installation of wood or metal frame work, concrete forms, ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms and gangways; erects scaffolding or temporary access structures.Consistently communicates with Project Manager regarding project plans and status as well as labor and resource needs.Preferred Skills & Qualifications5 years of commercial construction experienceOSHA 10/OSHA 30Valid driver's license Experience leading, directing, and supervising othersPandoLogic.
