Salary: Depends on Experience
Description: Large manufacturing company is seeking a Quality/Continuous Improvement Manager for a plant of 600.

Responsibilities:
  • Manager continuous improvement and quality program for company
  • Manage ISO 9001 program
  • Conduct quality audits
  • Initiate improvement events
  • Manager staff of 7, including an engineer and a supervisot
  • Report results to senior management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
  • 10 years' experience in quality systems and continuous improvement management in a manufacturing facility
  • Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SPC, ISO 9001, etc experience
  • Strong preference for a Six Sigma Black Belt
Company will provide relocation package.
