The Controller is responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including overseeing the accounting operations, financial and tax reporting obligations, audit and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including oversight of daily cash management, audit and tax.
- Oversee technical accounting processes and policies including SOX compliance.
- Coordinate and manage the external audit process, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance on business decisions.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, audit or finance
- Previous experience in public accounting or relevant industry needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance
- CPA required
- Public company experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and SOX needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
