Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at The Kinetic Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical-related issues and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree in electronics or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field; 5 years of experience preferred.
• Current electrical license issued by the State of Arkansas Electrical Examiners (Journeyman, Master, or Industrial Electrician) or equivalent license from another state.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
