Bartender/Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and adherence to age verification policies
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
