SUMMARY:
The IT Department Administrator will support daily operations, technical and non-technical administration of the IT department. The administrator will be responsible for the overall support and administration of our mobile device platforms, contract management and our procurement processes. The administrator will also act as the lead dispatcher for stadium events inclusive of on-call coverage.
The administrator will support all TKG affiliates, including but not limited to TKG (Gillette Stadium Campus Companies), RWG, RWCB and residential locations. This role will report to the Chief Information Officer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage mobile, tablet and MIFI devices from ordering, billing administration, initial unit set-up and deployment, level 1 device troubleshooting, managing inventory of devices and accessories.
- Maintain entries and directories on the Corporate Intranet Site.
- Manage purchasing process inclusive of contract management and administration, purchase order processing, receipt of goods and services to close purchase orders, coding invoices to appropriate budgeted cost centers for proper G/L account and department cost allocations.
- Ability to manage requisition process with vendors, perform initial negotiations, track-orders and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain departmental product inventories.
- Participate in annual budgeting process to determine annual department operating and capital costs.
- Maintain IT Staff schedules for vacations, event coverage, on-call rotation, sick, jury duty, etc. Issue reminders to IT Staff regarding upcoming events
- Maintain IT reminder system for contract renewals, compliance items, periodic infrastructure audits, etc.
- Manage processes associated with company-wide new hire, termination, employee change notification work and monitor associated work orders. Close work orders when tasks are completed.
- Serve as IT liaison to Event Checklist Meetings, Post Event Debrief Meetings
- Become IT first line of support for several application systems, including visitor system, Purchasing, Helpdesk Work Order, paperless FAX, copiers, ecopy and others.
- Maintain vendor relationships.
- Monitor contract compliance and renewal process.
- Maintain Asset Inventories
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- IT Staff during Stadium Events for call routing and escalation purposes.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Extremely organized individual capable of multi-tasking and remaining calm under stressful circumstances.
- Background and/or interest in and aptitude for technology/systems related projects.
- Good oral and written communications and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours on short notice, weekend work is occasionally required. On-call rotation participation is required.
- Lifting and carrying of heavy objects such as printers, computers, monitors, and other peripherals is required
- Associates degree from technical school
- Understand Fundamentals of Windows, MAC, iOS and Chrome operating systems

Salary : $63,200 - $80,000
