SUMMARY
Issuance of all MRO purchases / parts while maintaining maintenance management system integrity. Specializing in superior customer service as well as delivering parts identification as needed, SAP knowledge and support, accurate inventory analysis, and being a resource to the Storeroom Coordinator and Storeroom Manager as needed.
This is done in order to manage parts inventory accuracy by process comprehension and delivery. This function will support initiatives that will improve storeroom efficiencies as well as support parts availability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
Customer Service / Parts Issuance / SAP utilization-entering data, displaying data, verifying data
Lead Kitting and Reservation Process Ability to work overtime as necessary Document daily activities as required for quality assurance Perform Cycle Counts / Inventory Reconciliation - Daily, yearly, monthly as needed Perform receiving role including resolution of Purchase Order discrepancies / invoicing processing Perform Single Line Requisitions for MRP and one time Material Requisitions Maintain Part Storage Locations using 5S practices Perform Daily Cleaning of Stockroom and Adjacent Areas (Including Parts Shelves and Bins) Identify Obsolete Parts For Write-Off Coordinate Outgoing / Incoming Shipments Through UPS Communications to coordinator & manager meetings This person has the responsibility to operate under the Kraft Heinz Safety Values.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
General knowledge of the metric system.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
