JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Room Inspector
Reports to: Director of Housekeeping
Job Summary: Help the Executive Housekeeper to ensure all daily functions are completed.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms
- Able to perform when needed laundry operation, public area cleaning and guest room cleaning
- Perform start of day and end of day duties including assigning rooms and daily projects to staff and entering room status in computer system
- Provide a respectful, friendly and fun work environment
- Assist in training new housekeeping team members
Qualifications:
- Friendly customer service to brighten the day of our property guests
- Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve
- Team player attitude to ensure smooth property operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Physical Requirements:
- This is a working position. Must be hand on at least 70% of the work time. Required to work weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary. Must be flexible with the work schedule based on the demands of the business levels.
- Stand, walk, and work for extended periods of time.
- Lift, carry, and push up to fifty pounds and push cart weighing up to 250 pounds.
