Underwriter

The LCF Group (located in New Hyde Park) is a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)/Revenue-Based Funding direct funder. We provide funding to small businesses by purchasing their future receivables which are then repaid via ACH debits or as a percentage of their credit card sales. We have been in business since 2011 and are growing rapidly. This is an exciting, fast-paced, high-pressure position in a highly competitive industry. We are looking for an ambitious Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Underwriter!

This is a full time in-office position, located in New Hyde Park, NY. Hours are 9 AM-6 PM Monday through Friday.

Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Underwriter Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing credit and background reports
• Reviewing court record searches
• Reviewing application and bank statements
• Reviewing businesses debt to income and ability to afford payments
• Pricing merchant cash advances

Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Underwriter Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience underwriting merchant cash advances or similar commercial finance products
• Professional
• Detail oriented
• Must be comfortable working on a computer all day - we are a paperless office
• Must be able to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
• Must be a team player! With the ability to work independently
• College degree is a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
