Loader-Virginia Beach
- $14 an hour
- Temp to Hire
- Monday-Friday 730am-4pm (overtime possibilities)
- Weekly Pay
Do you have a positive, can-do attitude and are attentive to detail? Do you have a dedication to accuracy while effectively multitasking? The Lee Group, an executive search and staffing company, is currently in need of Loaders for a well-known manufacturing company located in Virginia Beach.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
- Personal Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment for long hours
- Good communication skills to work as a member of a team
- Comfortable with repetitive task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great time management skills
- Required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Able to stand on your feet, lift, bend, stretch and work with your hands doing repetitious motions
- Weighing packages and labeling them appropriately
- Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged
- Inspecting shipping containers to ensure they meet shipping regulations
- Assembling daily orders by company procedures
