Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience in daily and monthly sales
- Assist service employees as well as their performances and payroll
- Involved with the employees when it comes to dispatch and training
- Control expenses of the service department
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Experience ins warranty administration
- Ability to maintain good relations with factories
Requirements:
- 2 years of Service Department management experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Team player
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
