Office / Sales Assistant for Lighting store
Assist customers in showroom. Organize and maintain condition of showroom. Assist sales associates with processing orders: enter quotes, email customers, check vendor purchase orders. Manage filing system for customer orders. Handling incoming calls and other communications. Helping with customer service issues. Perform any additional general officeclerk duties and errands as needed.
We are hiring a full time and a part time position.
Hours are as follows:
Full time: Mon-Thur 8:30 to 4:30 Fri 8:30-4:00
Part time: Mon & Wed 8:30-4:30 Fri 8:30-4:00'
