Line Manager Responsibilities:
- Greets and connects with our guests
- Works well with team members
- Proficient in all restaurant positions
- Train and develop staff through coaching and DDP
- Able to execute all line level and front of house positions during shift
- Ensure order accuracy and speed
- Listen and understand guest issues
- Ensures that restaurant maintains Little Beet standards with or without GM in store
- Holds team members accountable
- High leadership potential and expertise
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor
Line Manager Requirements:
- Ability to develop positive working relationships will all restaurant employees and work as a part of a team by helping others as needed or requested.
- Ability to be solution oriented with a passion and desire to “get to yes”
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- 1-2 years of restaurant shift managerial experience
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
