The Local Taco is a scratch kitchen with out-of-this-world tacos and superb margaritas.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Have FUN and create a positive work environment!!!
• Create a safe work environment
• Store ownership & accountability
• Provide excellent food & guest service
• Control labor, food, and supply costs
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
• Lead by example
• Motivate and inspire the team
• Hire, train, and develop your team

Manager Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of recent restaurant management experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a great attitude and the ability to learn quickly
• Must have familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and tools
• Must have proven leadership skills
• Must be able to coach, train, discipline, and hold staff accountable

Administrative Duties:

• Meeting goals for service, operations, and financial results
• Maintaining property and equipment
• Inspecting and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
• Performing front-line customer service

• Driver's License (Preferred)
