The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of regional cuisine, a background in cooking, a commitment to excellence and an appreciation for delivering high-quality food to patrons. In addition to being a skilled chef, the right candidate will also be able to manage a kitchen staff and supervise both employees and contractors.

- Prepare and cook meals according to customers' needs and preferences.
- Be a leader and mentor to junior chefs.
