Bartender

THE LOT is a RESTAURANT/CINEMA/BAR and CAFE that provides a unique entertainment experience.

If you enjoy a fast-moving environment, great tips, and love meeting fun people come and join us! We are looking for experienced BARTENDERS with excellent customer service skills, who can be part of an entertainment team!

Job Description:

• Discover customer needs and appropriately suggest products, entertainment, and services provided at THE LOT
• Create opportunities for the guests to interact with the product by presenting and explaining the drink menu, answering questions
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
• Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in the assigned outlet
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and area
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the shift checklists and cleaning standards
• Follow cash handling procedures and cash register policy

Job Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• At least 1-year of experience in the hospitality experience
• Ability to work nights including weekends/holidays
• High level of alcohol and wine knowledge
• Knowledge of Restaurant POS Software
• Will need a valid CA Food Handler's card
• Will need valid RBS Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
