Our luxury San Diego real estate group is seeking talented agents to join our growing team. We have an excess of leads and buyer opportunities and need help.
Our team provides business planning, training, accountability, goal setting, and all of the systems and tools you need to help you achieve your financial goals.
Our team also provides cutting-edge customer relationship management software (CRM) that provides lead tracking, organization, and automation.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Primary duties include follow up with leads that we provide (internet leads), maintaining the minimum standards for all leads, and overall management of sales pipeline
- Personal lead generation for additional leads and clients – this includes door knocking, open houses, circle prospecting, mailers, attending events, etc.
- Manage all incoming leads via CRM, phone, text, email using our minimum standards guidelines
- Consult with clients to discover their home buying needs and desires - then find properties that will satisfy these needs and more
Requested Skills for this Position:
- Preferred if Buyer's Agent Candidates have valid California Real Estate license, if not they must be in the process of obtaining such license
- Display exemplary interpersonal skills - hardworking, determined, people-oriented, customer and goal-focused attitude
- Display a good understanding of emerging technologies
- Showcase excellent computer skills and know Microsoft Office programs well willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Sales, customer services, and real estate backgrounds preferred
