Role Description
We are searching for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team in a full time, in person position. The Sales Coordinator's primary role is to perform general office duties to support the Sales team e.g., sending emails, drafting proposals and contracts, loading bookings and rates on to the property management system, maintaining customer and company profiles, and acting as a liaison between staff and in-house groups. The Sales Coordinator will be empowered to host client facing opportunities.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to Sales Department.
- Responsible for responding to sales inquiries via email and phone
- Develop a good working relationship with our key clients and assist with reservation requests from these clients
- Serve as the point of contact for clients/in-house groups/VIPs and communicate with them by phone, in person and/or email to respond to questions and requests.
- Generating contracts, group resumes, proformas. Creating reservations in Opera.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events, and any appointments.
- Order VIP amenities and maintain inventory
- Conduct site inspections for potential clients
- Manage Group Blocks from quoting and making reservations, to managing pre arrival requests

Base salary exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience $63,000 - $65,000
